Meditation is one of my favorite ways to ground and center myself, to connect with myself and the universe, and to lean into my intuition.
Meditation is for everyone. You do not need to be still (walking meditation is a thing!) and you do not need to wipe your mind of all thoughts. In fact, becoming an observer of your thoughts and learning to let them float by is part of learning to meditate!
