90 minute session introducing you to the parents’ coming out process, 3 practical tools, and a safe space to explore what you’re feeling.
6-week Intensive one-on-one support. This is a safe space to navigate conflicting emotions, discover resources and tools for both you and your child, and be fully supported as the landscape of your life shifts.

Loving and raising an LGBTQ+ child is a very special journey that comes with very specific joys and challenges. It is vital - not to mention time, money, and potentially life saving - to work with someone who has traveled a similar path.

This is a very common question and point of distinction.
Therapists treat mental health issues.
Coaches build mental fitness, meaning a focus on well-being and growth.
Therapy helps one heal from the past.
Coaching helps one with the present and where one wishes to be in the future.
Therapy focuses on the "why" of behaviors, such as limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, etc.
Coaching focuses on the "how," such as getting unstuck (good-bye overwhelm!) or working toward a goal like banishing fear.
Each provide valuable support and can help you in a multitude of ways, which is why many people utilize both (myself included!)

Your child just came out as LGBTQ+ and you’re feeling a plethora of BIG feelings - love, pride, relief, joy, acceptance AND overwhelm, shock, guilt, shame, concern, fear…
You need a safe space to process all of these emotions, to express what is on your heart without worrying about judgement so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence to be the parent your child needs.
You and/or your child may be in crisis and you need support, guidance, and tools ASAP.
You may need to calm and regulate your nervous system.
This 6-week package includes:

Private sessions are a great option for ongoing support once you've completed one of the above options.
