I am so humbled and grateful that Make it Better Magazine featured an article I wrote in today’s Better Letter. The lovely people at MIB have long been advocating for more authentic, more public conversation surrounding the topic of depression and anxiety, And how to break out of depression. I am so honored to be a part of continuing that message!
